We’re excited for your child’s course to begin.
Here’s what to expect as you go through the course:
Class joining: Endeavour to have your child join classes on time. It ensures that teachers are able to cover the curriculum, your child doesn't miss out & classes run smoothly.
Pre-class requirements: These include materials, preparation, or an app that might be needed for the upcoming class. These are shared in advance. Kindly ensure your child is prepared and ready for the class with these.
Post-class exercises: These exercises are not mandatory but they are designed to enrich your child’s learning and will help them get more out of the course.
They are short exercises and guaranteed to be fun for the kids!
End of course assignment: You will receive an end-of-course assessment only upon submission of the end of course evaluation assignment or the showcase, as relevant for the course.
Course certificate: You will receive the course certificate if your child has successfully finished the course i.e. you have attended at least 50% of the sessions and not taken a refund mid-way.
Class absence: If your child is unable to attend any class of the course, we will share the class recording & share any additional material needed to cover up for the missed class. Doubts will be cleared by the teacher in the next class.
Multiple children in a batch: These classes will NOT be rescheduled Only child in the batch: If you inform us of your unavailability
More than 6 hours in advance: We can shift your schedule by one session and you may continue from the next scheduled date without losing a class
Less than 6 hours in advance or you’re absent without intimation: Unfortunately, you will forfeit the class. A class recording from another batch, covering the curriculum you missed, will be shared.
Discontinuing the course: While we do our very best to make every course While we do our very best to make every course enjoyable and effective, if for any reason you wish to discontinue a course you paid for, we have a no- questions-asked refund policy. Once you let us know you’d like to discontinue, we will refund the fees for the number of classes left, after deducting taxes.
